Cheese dumplings

Who says that 'balls in the soup' always have to be made of meat? Forget the vermicelli and the meat and fill your vegetable soup with this delicious dòmplin di keshi!


  • 150gr. flower
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100gr. grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon of salt
  • a sprig of parsley, chopped


Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Beat the eggs and mix with the cheese and parsley.

Add this to the flour mixture and knead until a dough is formed.

Shape the dough into balls and keep until the soup is almost ready.

Cook the dumplings with the soup for the last 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
